The equipment must be repaired and maintained by factory trained personnel only! Warranty will be void if there is an indication of entry or tampering by unauthorized personnel.
If your equipment needs to be returned for service, an RMA number is required. An RMA# will be issued by contacting Clareblend either by phone or via email at info@clareblend.com.
Recommended service intervals and calibration: Once every two years – This will ensure optimum and flawless performance of this equipment.
Please have your serial number on hand, if you need to call for technical assistance.
